You can request deletion of your Home Dashboard account and associated personal information.
Email privacy@myhomedash.app from the email address associated with your Home Dashboard account. Use the subject line Home Dashboard Account Deletion Request.
Include only the information needed to identify the account. Home Dashboard may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.
When a verified account-deletion request is completed, personal data associated with that account will be deleted except where limited retention is necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or similar purposes.
Because Home Dashboard is a shared-household service, some shared household content may remain when it belongs to or is still needed by other authorized household members. Where appropriate, identifying links to the deleted account will be removed or disconnected.
